Recipes & Tips
Our current eating plan is designed around the South Beach Diet. Essentially, it emphasizes eating high-fiber, low-glycemic carbohydrates, unsaturated fats, and lean protein, and categorizes carbohydrates and fats as "good" or "bad". I of course will include a variety of recipes, however, each day I will post one of our South Beach Diet recipes, based upon the current phase we are in.
